Bains marie
The RM 900 Bains Marie has a molded tub with rounded inner corners for convenient cleaning and maintenance. The entire device is made of stainless steel AISI 304, the top plate is 2 mm thick. A drain cock with a safety lock prevents accidental draining of the tub. Water baths come in standard sizes of 40 and 80 cm wide. Top versions are available, which can be installed in a line bridge or stationary with a substructure and stainless steel door or without a door.
