RM LOTUS 900

The RM 900 line is the most powerful modular kitchen set of the RM brand and is designed for kitchens that serve 500 meals a day or more. It is suitable for hospitals, schools, canteens and large hotels. Thanks to the universal width solution of the modules, the 900 line can be combined with the RM 600 and RM 700 lines. The RM 900 line has a massive construction made of 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet and consistently rounded edges for easy maintenance. The offer includes stoves with electric plates, glass ceramics, induction or gas burners. For the RM 900 line, we use a new enameling system for greater durability and longevity of the burners. We offer a wide range of high-end modules including powerful stoves with and without an oven, professional fryers with a cold zone, pasta cookers, grill plates and water and lava grills, water baths, kitchen boilers with a large volume, folding frying pans, etc. The assembly can be can optionally be supplemented with universal work surfaces and substructures. All RM lines are adapted for installation on plinths.
