Electric
We offer the RM LOTUS 700 electric water bath with a front water outlet or into the substructure and a safety lock that prevents the bath from being accidentally drained. Food containers and lids are not included. Water baths are used in professional kitchens to maintain the temperature of prepared foods and to heat them up, as well as to serve them to customers. They are thus the basic equipment of a professional kitchen. We offer water baths in standard widths of 40 and 80 cm.
