The basis of the pressed tub of every first-class pasta cooker is high-quality stainless steel, which must withstand the salt contained in the water. RM LOTUS 700 pasta cookers with a pressed tub, round inner corners and a special rotating heating element are designed for the best possible preparation of food and a longer service life of the entire device. The entire device is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the top plate is 1.5 mm thick. The device is equipped with thermoregulation 30-110 °C. Six different shapes and sizes of pasta baskets provide many variations and combinations suitable for any operation. We offer pasta cookers in standard sizes of 40, 60 and 80 cm wide. Stationary versions with a substructure are available. A big advantage of the RM LOTUS 700 pasta cooker is the tub with a practical molding that prevents the water from overflowing when boiling.
