Electric folding pans RM LOTUS 700 are produced in variants with manual folding with a stainless steel bottom and with automatic folding with a steel bottom. The hinged pans have a volume of 50 l, the casing and top plate are made of AISI 304. The hinged pans include a safety switch that prevents the heating from being switched on if the tub is not tilted to the basic position. A safety thermostat is implemented as an additional safety element. Service access is provided by simply removing the front panel.
