Bains marie
The RM 600 bains marie has a molded tub with rounded inner corners for convenient cleaning and maintenance. The entire device is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the top plate is 1.5 mm thick. The drain cock with a safety lock ensures that the tub is completely emptied only when necessary. Water baths come in standard sizes of 40 and 60 cm wide. Top versions are available, which can be installed in a line bridge or stationary with a substructure and stainless steel door or without a door.
