Gas
RM 700 gas fryers can only be supplied with a base. The single or double fryer offers a volume of 17 or 2 x 17 l. The standard equipment is a basket and a lid. The bathtub is made of AISI 304. The top plate is pressed to allow for the easiest maintenance and cleaning. Fryers are designed to use both natural gas and propane butane. Service access is possible by easily removing the front panel.
