Electric
The range of REDFOX fryers for the 700 line includes electric fryers with one or two tubs without a base or with a built-in base that offers more convenient draining and oil filtration. The top plate is pressed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. It has a large recess in the top plate to catch the overboiled oil, the location of the heating elements creates a "cold zone" which prevents the burning of the rest of the food and the formation of carcinogenic substances, and also extends the life of the oil. The rotating stainless steel bodies make cleaning and maintenance as simple as possible. Models with a base are equipped with a gastro container and a filter for easy draining and maintenance of the oil, which thus lasts much longer and thus contributes to reducing costs.
